Marilyn Dostal, 62 Elementary school librarian “I put mine up on Sunday. My wife says it’s too early. I say the neighbors are already ahead of me, and I will not be second in a lawn.”
Dennis Aaronson, 47 Insurance claims adjuster “I don’t put anything up until the day after Thanksgiving. Every year I’m told I’m the problem, and every year the neighbors are already tired of theirs by December.”
Priya Venkataraman, 35 Pediatric nurse “The tree is in the garage with the lights on it. It has been up since last January, and I don’t see the point of taking things down.”
Walter Brzezinski, 74 Retired railroad conductor “My building doesn’t allow decorations before Nov. 1, so I have decorated the inside of my closet. It’s lovely and nobody can complain.”
Kelsey Albright, 24 Barista
